Curried Baked Salmon Recipe

Take my feet to another world without leaving home – with the exotic power of this curried baked salmon!

Description

Salmon cooked this way is the best I ever tasted! Ready to try yourself?

Ingredients

2 lb
salmon fillet
2 T
fresh ginger, minced
1 t
hot curry powder
1 t
seasoned salt
3
garlic cloves, minced
3 T
olive oil
1 1⁄2 t
dried parsley flakes
1⁄2
Large red onion, sliced

Instructions

Preheat oven at 375F
 
Mix together the first 7 ingredients in a small bowl.
 
Put the fish on a baking sheet (preferably over an oiled aluminum foil). Smear your curry mixture allover the fillet (back and front). Lay the fish with skin side down and sprinkle with parsley flakes and garnish with onions on top.
 
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until cooked through.

This looks great! I love salmon! I have never actually made anything with salmon. I've got to buy me some salmon soon :)
