Artichokes are my favorite! My dad used to cook them by wrapping them in cling wrap and sticking them in the microwave for a while (I don't remember exactly how long) and they were delicious. We always dip the outer leaves in mayonnaise; artichokes are the perfect excuse to eat mayo! Thanks for stopping by Practically Functional :-)
