Description
Not all smoothies come out pleasing, and not all green smoothies can be 100% refreshing. This is an exception, plus your digestive system is well taken cared off as a result.
Because this smoothie is so refreshing, I took the opportunity to supplement my body with organic virgin coconut oil (not so pleasing when ingested all by itself). Oh, you will never know there was a single drop of coconut oil in there, but it contributes this amazing flavor of this smoothie.
Without further ado, here is how it goes:
Ingredients
2 c
slices of ripe, fresh pineapples (pitch included) 1
stalk of celery, leaves included 2 T
coconut oil 1⁄2 c
ice cubes 1 c
waterInstructions
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Note: The pineapple pieces are already sweet that you do not need a drop of sugar!
